Finally....ordered the tank

So finally ordered Red Sea Reefer 170 but it won't be here for 2-3 weeks.

Will be using Live Sand and Live Rock.

I have my RO/DI system setup, have a 121L Brute container, heater, pump and RS Salt.

Should I go grab the 10-20lb of Live Rock and start the cycling process in the Brute container?
It should take around 2 weeks for it to cycle/cure right?

Good news! I would use dry sand, not live, it is less expensive and you can wash it with tap water to remove the fines. There are few if any advantages to using live sand. Yes i would start the cycle now, it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months depending upon the rock.
