Finally ready

I love my cup corals...I just noticed the other day they have a couple of little babies as well. :) I'm wondering if I should start spot-feeding them soon?

From what I've read from Richard's directions you do not want to feed anything until the tank is finished with the cycle.

I did another water change, Amonia was up. When I did I checked the rock and found a couple dead sponges so I got em plucked off. This guy???? It was on a rock when I put it in yesterday and it was so well attatched I thought it was part of it( I picked that rock up by it), anybody know what it is? It has a small foot on it like a snail but it's 2 1/2" long and all spikey.

Found a home for the spikey guy, he's goin there tomorrow, I have him in the FOWLR right now, found a red mythrix crab, put the rubble in and re-organized the rock looks good. Put in some carbon too. Oh and pulled off some dead sponges I hadn't found before.

Haveing some issues with ammonia. It climbed to 2.0 on saturday night and I've been doin water changes. today it was back up again and 1 of the large rocks was way nasty smellin even after cleaning and rinsing in clean saltwater I got it out in a seperate bucket now. The ammonia stays about 1.0 after water changes I have had to do 50% water changes to getit to that. Still pluggin away though.

Just heard from Richard, he has by far the best customer service I have found. Amazing and helpful. Thanks Richard.

1.0 is ok...you are cycling...just don't let it get over 1ppm....small tanks are a challenge, it will come around in a few days...

It's been awhile but the tank is doin great. I had some die off but nothing major, moved some stuff to my other tank and got rid of the evil mantis shrimps. added some fish, Ocer. Clown, Red Fireefish, Neon Green Eng. zgoby, and a Royal Gramma. Some Zoa's, Green Star Polyps, Green Hairy Mushroom for the clown, Kenya Tree, and a few other mushroom types. Pics to come later.
