Finally Upgrading to T5/Halide Combo System

Hi, I'm finally upgrading from power compacts only on my 65 gal reef to a T5 plus halide system.

Here's my questions - thanks in advance.

1. Odyssea (Aqua Traders) - I know the history of bad hardware and fires, etc. Has anyone bought a system from them recently? Are they still considered a "bad light buy"?

2. Ebay - there are a number of people selling their own systems (non-branded) that are T5/Halide - again, the price is very attractive (like Aqua Traders), but I'm leery of buying a poorly constructed system.

3. Trusted Brands - for a T5/Halide system, which brands are recommended?

I know this is a very subjective question, but any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I recently purchased a Current Outer Orbit fixture. I'm pretty happy with it. The fan is slightly loud though. I'll be swapping that out shortly.

ebay has some pretty promising retro kits for pretty cheap.
