Slightly off-topic. Do you have to use live rotifers to feed baby clowns?

Can I use roti-feast?

They need to be live at this time. Wilkerson reported some limited success with powdered flake but I've not seen any reports nor did I have any success trying.

I tried frozen rotifers, they just ignored it. Live rotis are it.

Too bad, my 2-year old backyard culture, super hardy strain, got dumped a few weeks ago due to fear of West Nile virus.

best thing is to get the book "Clownfishes" by Joyce Wilkerson. It will give you everything you need to get started.

They did it again yesterday. Today all the eggs are gone. I think I have to get my chopstick out to teach the parent not to eat the eggs ..
