Fine Sand?

is it true that the finer the sand, the better the nitrogen cycle?

Can anyone recommend some really white, fine sand?

Well if your going for a DSB yes you need fine sand 4" to 6" for the nitrogen process.

I recommend caribsea aragmax sugar sized sand or Ocean direct oolite but its better probably to get dry since its cheaper
