Hi all,
There's a new Fish store in Tampa and its name is FINZ.
Mel and I took a road trip out on Saturday to go hang with the Tampa Bay Reef Club (TBRC) and do a little store hopping while out there. We had a great time and I'll post more about that in a seperate thread.
For those familiar with the Tampa fish stores you might remember where Creative Oceans used to be, on south Dale Mabry (92), just south of the football stadium.

FINZ a dedicated Marine Reef and Aquarium Store has made its new home at that location. We met one of the owners, his name is Chris. Chris Pirhalla and Chris Meckley are the two owners. The store is in the process of a major remodel while still carrying the same high end livestock and dry goods as before. A very nice selection of rare and highley desireable fish and corals. Look forward to seeing some very exciting changes that will surely please any one visiting the Tampa area LFS's.
And also know this; Any ORCA member visiting FINZ that show's his or her ORCA membership card will get a 25% DISCOUNT !!! That's right ! Chris said he's helping us to offset the price of gas to make the trip. And... FINZ will also be a major sponsor of the up coming Orlansdo SRC, donating some very exciting filtration equipment. FINZ has also donated some fun stuff for our ORCA monthly raffle, and that I'm going to keep a surprise.
