firefish goby and pistol shrimp

I know fire fish goby is not known to be a shrimp goby. But I swear it lives in the same cave as my tiger pistol. Or at least uses the same entrance. Does anyone else have a fire fish living with pistol shrimp?

I've heard of it. The firefish likes holes, and the pistol shrimp tolerates it being there. This sometimes happens with tilefish. The balance could change if you add a shrimpgoby, but as long as nothing messes with it, this arrangement will be fine.

I believe I read a Scott Michael article in Aquarium Fish Magazine years ago that documented this behavior in the wild. From what I remember, shrimp/shrimp gobies/dartfish/firefish will all cohabitate in the same burrow from time to time.
