Firmware Upgrade Complete but neither MP40 running!

Well the firmware indicators now show complete, now how do I set these up for slave, anti-sync and flow function? Do I go back to the original documentation and clear everything and start from scratch?

Well I did get the new master to work by itself after powering it down, but the old driver that was flashed is still blinking red/white.

This is really driving me nuts. After receiving the motor back from you which you stated was bad it still doesn't work. I sent 2 more emails to service a few minutes ago. The symptoms are the same, red/white flash and the pump does nothing. I bought 3 of these things and have had all the early problems and now a firmware problem also. It's crazy I have to send them in every few weeks for repairs....

We're in the process of analyzing your service case now to figure out the best course of action. When your pump arrived it was run for some time on our test tanks with absolutely no problems after the motor was replaced. It is possible that there is an outlying factor that we can not duplicate while running it in house.

A red/white error is a communication based error which should only occur during or if a wireless upgrade was initiated. We're trying to make sense of why the pump would run fine for us but have this problem immediately upon you running it.
