First Anemone.. anything special i should know about this one?

Rose Anemone?

is there anything different between a Rose Anemone and RBTA? or its pretty much the same?

Anything special i should know about having one of these?

Took it home.. drip acclimated for an hour.. put it on the rock i wanted it to be.. moved about 2 inches.. and opened up.. does this mean its found its spot.. or might be on the move still?

It's the same. Entacmaea quadricolor is the species. You can find info. in the faqs in this forum, also on wetwebmedia.

It looks very healthy to me. And really good coloration! :thumbsup:

Very nice RBTA. The anemone is attached in the normal way from that species, foot in a hole or crevice.

Mine moved around for a couple of days. I could tell where it was going and just cleared a path until it settled. Watch out for near by powerheads that could chop it and coral in the destruction path. When mine settled they always stayed unless I changed flow or lighting

had a question.. is it normal that sometimes i see 1 or 2 tentacles twisted at the base? do they untwist themselves? so far ive had 2 tentacles floating around the tank.. i think it broke from being twisted. is that ok?
