I just got mine too with the Macro lens. Now I need to learn how to use it

hey eric, its not too bad once you get used to it haha. I shoot in AV mode now and adjust the apeture. here's some more recent shots. Also, set it in raw mode so you can use the canon program to adjust the white balance on the computer.

I've been taking pics and it doesn't bring out the true florescence and popping color of the corals. I know the pics you just posted are a lot more nier in person (no offfense ) It is focused though

Using timer option.......

No timer on either of these....

Still got a lot to learn though, but just got the camera last week.....

Some of the pics the colors does not look right, but I have no Idea about digital SLR settings to get the colors right. I am just used to selecting the right film. MAN I can't wait to get mine you guys will be sick of me posting pics hahah
