As for fish that are in and out of the rock work.
I like wrasses (leopard, cryptic, possuim, six-line, any of the fairy's (Lineatus) - I would steer away from the flashers as they are going to be out and about rather than in and out of the rock work; my experience) blackcapped basslets, assessors, royal grammas.
I see you don't have a blenney could do one of those. I think it's a love hate relationship with blenny, I like them. Of them starry's are fun to watch
Hawkfish, but be careful if you have shrimp. I have a long nosed hawkfish which I love.
Gobies, there are a ton out there and your size of tank you could do a few. Only problem there is that they are going to be on the smaller size.
Could do a group of barnacle blennies. Funning when they are grouped. They look like a pack of prairie dogs.
