first clam need help

Hi! to everyone:

I put my first clam (super gold crocea-3inches) in my tank saturday, towards the bottom of my tank (24inches deep).
Should I now move the clam higher up in the tank.

Based on the lighting listed in your signature, the clam should be fine where it is.
