First Clam Pic

After much research here and in many books, I finally decided to dive in and purchase a clam. It's a Crocea clam I found at the LFS I frequent (Tropical World in Newburgh, NY)
It was light lavendar when I purchased it. They were keeping it under MH 20K lighting.
It has colored up considerably and is not a blueish/purple color, although I'm not sure my picture captures the color very well. It's around 3.5 inches. I culture my own phyto and I'm looking forward to watching it grow My lighing info is below my signature.

Thanks to all here for all of the great info over the last year and a half that I've been lurking and posting here.
Also thanks to the LFS guys (Bruce and Jay) for their advice and for watching me hover over this thing for like a month before I purchased it!

Thanks guys!
I took while before I was able to get it to park itself and attach onto the rock. Once it was attached I was able to move it up in the tank and then it really started coloring up!
