First Ocellaris Fry

The diy filter is ok, but the problem is the number of fish generate so much nitrate. What I really need is to drill the tank, get a big sump with a bunch of live rock and a monster skimmer. But I just haven't done that. I have a reef octopus hob skimmer that's doing a good job, and I do weekly 40% water changes.

Another 10 Mocha clownfish off to Gill's Aquarium on Barry street, Mamaroneck.
New local fish store, stop by if you're in the area, super nice owner and staff.

I really hope to be able to breed my own clownfish one day.
But for the time being they're only swimming together, though the female sotimes rubs here belly over the glass in a strange shaking motion.

I think my Bali Aquarich Female is finally pregnant! She has that bulging abdomen. Will be cool to see what the offspring look like.

These guys are probably two years old and most are over two inches long.

Dude I dig your filter with the live rock rubble! When I was breeding I was hypothesizing something with rubble to help with filtration, such an easy concept you made! I'm so close to getting back into breeding, but it would turn my small bedroom into a science lab!
