First order.....not happy

I ordered 5 Bartlett's Anthias yesterday and it showed them online as being in stock. I even called right before I placed the order. They were supposed to ship out today and I took a day of leave from work so I would be here to receive them tomorrow. I got an email at 9:30pm tonight stating that they couldn't fill my order and they would ship when they get them back in stock. That was a day of leave wasted.

I do a lot of business with the Dr's and have come to expect wonderful customer service, but this is the first time I've ordered from Liveaquaria. Very disappointed. Should I have ordered from Saltwaterfish.com?

villious,

We sincerely apologize your order was unable to be shipped for delivery at this time. When dealing with live animals the availability of each specimen changes minute to minute. The amount of orders we receive for the Anthias can be unpredictable. We hope this will help explain why an item may quickly become back ordered, even though it did show available when you placed your order.

We will contact our facility regarding the availability of the Bartlett’s Anthias and PM you with this information as soon as possible.

We truly appreciate your first order with us and have removed the shipping from your order to demonstrate our genuine gratitude.

Well, I'm happy to say that I got my Anthias today and they were beautiful. I acclimated them and as soon as I put them in the tank, they were eating like there was no tomorrow.

I'm a happy customer and will definitely do business with Liveaquaria again! Great customer service! Thanks so much!

villious,

Thank you for letting us know that the Anthias arrived in good condition. These are beautiful, active fish that make a great addition to any salt water tank. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
