First QT tank

I am in the process of setting up my first tank. So this means I'll be setting up my first QT tank. I'm trying to figure out what medications I need to have on hand. I've looked through the stickys. I see formalin, prazipro, and hypo (not really a med) used as treatments for various problems. Is there anything else I would commonly need?

Also, is prophylactic meds a good idea? I see some people do prazipro.
