hello every one so this is my first BTA when I first bought it from a local reefer it was a brighter pink color and the center was a blue green color now it has no blue to it. also when it would open up it had white spots on the tentacles now theres a lot more white on the tentacles and more towards the center almost like a white splash across the entire anemone. could this be that its bleaching? any help would be appreciated. I attached some photos below there not the best pictures in the world (they were taken with my phone)

In the pictures it doesn't look bleached. Some color morphing could be caused by stress from adjusting to the new environment. It should get back to normal in about some weeks (if everything in the new environment is correct).

so should I not worry about the white spots and swirls? and how often should it be shriveling up? I read online that they shouldn't do that often and mine shrivels up completely a couple times a day is that normal?

If you meant the white linings around the mouth then no. Lots of bubble tips have that.

As for the shriveling issue. I would raise some concerns because my anemones never shrivel much even if they were just introduced to my tank. This can be caused by aggressive tank mates, water quality or tank setups. SO Check your water parameters, water flow and lightings see if anything doesn't satisfy it's needs.

If everything is right, you just need to give it some time to recover from the stress.
