First SPS and have some questions

Finally found GARF Bonsai locally from a member here. In terms of the SPS corals in general, I know they like stronger light and flow. Since this is my first SPS coral I have a few questions...

1. In terms of dipping....I normally use Revive at 1/2 strength for like 5-7 minutes. Is this acceptable for SPS corals...any recommendations would be appreciated??

2. I know lighting is key, and this is where I am gonna need some help. I have a 65g with running 2 Kessil A360we LED's. I currently ramp them up to no more than 50% intensity, and 40% color, and my LPS are all happy.

*** Assuming water quality and good feeding is achieved, how quickly do SPS respond negatively or positively to its lighting conditions? The last thing I want to do is bleach out the GARF.

3. Are SPS more forgiving in terms of being moved around?

4. Am I better off starting its placement lower in the tank, keeping the same lighting in the beginning, and then moving it up higher in the tank for acclimation purposes.

5. In terms of water flow, what would happen if the recommended water flow was insufficient (assuming proper lighting was achieved)? What kind of signs would the GARF show?

6. What about acclimation?? I am assuming temp acclimation by floating before dipping. Then do I do a drip acclimation to match SG, or is a drip not necessary. Normally I just put my coral in a plastic container with water from the LFS, then add @ 1/2 cup of water every 5 minutes, until the SG is matched.

Sorry for all the questions, but with this being my first SPS coral, just looking to make sure it's goet the best care for it to survive and grow. Thanks in advance.

Too many questions and no definitive answers for most.

Acros are challenging and the Bonsai has always been more challenging for me than some others.

I dip in a diluted mixture of Bayer advanced insect killer. Look around for threads and dosing recommendations.

Try and rent a PAR meter so you don't guess about lighting intensity. Our eyes are most sensitive to green which is lacking in most LED fixtures. 100 PAR with mostly green light will look much brighter then 400 PAR mostly blue light.

Speed of response varies greatly from acro to acro. My experience is limited but my green slimer can change over a few days while other acros can take months.

I temperature acclimate, use tank water (of the same temp) to fill my dipping container, dip for the proper amount of time, rinse in more tank water, and place in take. Someone with more experience can probably provide a better answer. I won't give dipping advice because I'm not sure I'm correct and I don't want to kill your corals.
