I just wanted to let you know that I am very pleased with the service I received tonight. I think the rep I spoke with was named Tom and he was very nice to work with. He actually walked me through a purchase I wanted and when I changed my mind and bought something totally different, his attitude did not change at all. Very professional. I bought a CPR Bak-Pak 2R Reef Ready and a Bak-Pak Pre-Skimmer. Now I hope the shipping side of this goes just as smooth.

I had a very similar exerience recently. MD's phone rep spent a lot of time talking through my order, and was very helpful with the (many!) changes I made as we talked. Everything arrived on time and as promised.
