So just like it says it's my first time dealing with red bugs and after doing research on them for the past three days I finally dosed intercept tonight at 8:17 pm. I used approximently 1/3 of the crushed up pill dissolved in tank water and plan on doing a 25 gallon water change and running carbon at about 9 am.
BUTTTTTTT I couldn't wait until the morning and as of about 3 am I took my LLED mag night and inspected my acros that were filled with the RBs and I am soooooo happy to say that I did not see even one!!!!!!! Oh and they already have amazing PE that I have never even seen before and that's with the lights out!!!

I wish I knew how to use my moms nikon/lens to take pictures for y'all, nd she's out of town so she can't teach me :hammer:

Well I couldn't wait to share so I had too, I'll update tomorrow after the water change and when the lights come on!!! Happy reefing

Make sure you are using enough interceptor and multiple treatments or you will get them again.

Make sure to take your carbon off too.

How many gallon is your tank? What is the recommended dosage? How many treatments are recommended and when?

Well as for the inceptor...it's a 90 gallon display with about another 20 gallons of sump...I used 1/3 of the pill since I couldn't gain access to a scale...that was the first treatment, I'll do the next two the next two weeks so it will be a total of 3 interceptor treatments or 1 whole pill over 3 weeks.
As for the carbon there was no recommended dosage so I used about 2 cups.

But after the water change this morning there is still no bugs and the coral looks great with greater PE then ever before!!! I'm so happy with the first treatment
