First time with flashlight

So i took a flashlight to my tank for the first time and found some interesting stuff. dont know if its good or bad. first i saw some arms coming out of the live rock, then i noticed that there were 4 arms coming out of 2 close holes so i think it may be a brittle star. I also noticed these very small round things crawling around on the rocks. they were about the size of an ant and moved very fast????

Sounds like mini brittles for the arms....and possibly amphipods for the small things crawling on rocks

Thanks for the sight. seems like most of these are harmless so thats good news.
