Hi, i just got a fish (royal gramma) but he seemed dead, but the people told me to aclimate him so i did. He seemed dead for about 1 hour and now he is just floating on the top of the water and every now and then he like flaps his fins and move around for only a second then continues to float like hes dead. What is going on?

It sounds like it had some serious trouble in transit. Was the package delayed? Bag broken?
