Fish and coral food from BRS

Has anyone used the Reef chili food for corals or the Spectrum for fish?

ive tryed most special coral food and have never noticed a difference in any of them other than making the skimmer go crazy and raising my no3s. so ive gave up on all of them.. so all i feed is fish food and strong light... the Spectrum stuff i heard is good food for fish and im sure coral will eat it also....makeing your own food would be best you can have diff sizes in it for corals and fish in one feeding

Jeff (volreefer) uses Spectrum I think... Feeding your corals is only necessary in ULNS systems...

Ive used it in the past, I havent seen anything actually eat this but its a good food if your looking for a feeding response from your coral. As Dave stated though I would feed this sparingly as it can make your nitrate go through the roof.

I liked the reef chili. I have sun corals and it really helps the polyps extend so I can feed larger foods.

yeah randy likes to use words most dont know ... its ultra low nutrients systems...its kinda like bigfoot most have heard about but but have never seen it...lol
