fish can't swim

Help
I have 3 different fish that have gotten sick in the last 24 hours.
Yellow tang - spotted pipefish and my maroon clown )that I have had for 3 years). They all are unable to swim. just tossing around in the current. The clown also appears to have the eyes popping out. I have tested all water param. All are good.
I have all 3 in a quar. tank.
What should I treat with?

There where no symptoms prior to this happening?
Nothing was added or changed in the tank? Water changes, chemical additions? Anything cleaned/replaced?
What are good water parameters? Have you also tested the chemistry?

It's near impossible to suggest anything given the lack of information you've provided.
