I had three fish in my 110 display that I wanted to remove badly. (I found someone to take my finless tangs and give them a good home).
As we all know this is impossible in a tank full of rock. I ordered the "Fish Corral" from Drs. Foster Smith with low expectations. It is an acrylic box with a swivel door that has fishing line attached to the door. I stuck a veggie clip on the inside with some seaweed. I initially placed the clip near the door so they didn't have to go in to far to get the weed. When they were comfortable with that I moved the clip in further and sat in a chair by the side of my display holding on to the fishing line.
The tangs were a little nervous about going into the corral all the way at first but finally one went in. I pulled the line and voila! I removed the other two tangs within the next hour. Amazing!
My six line would not go near the corral, but he doesn't like seaweed. I am confident that if the trap was baited with meaty stuff he would go in.

I tried everything bottle trap, fish hook, looking for it at night, smart little bugger but I got it out!!! I thought about the fish trap but I didn't want to wait for it and but the time I get it It would it stress my cowfish to dead.
