fish compatibility

currently have a 6 line and a tailspot blenny.

would like to add an eibli angel, a mated clown pair and a long-nose hawk.

will that work? 46g reef tank. will that be too much bio load?

The recommendation that I usually go by is 1 fish per 10 gallons. I am not to sure on how big the angel and the hawk fish get but the clowns are not a problem.

I think it'd be a-ok, but just watch out that sixline can be a B@#$% to new tankmates. If you have corals, watch out for the angel. Size wouldn't be an issue tho.

I think they will be fine if u add them more than one at a time I have noticed if someone is going to get picked on it will be split between the two. My fish freak out when I add 2 at once, they dont understand what is going on and act shy.

Watch out for the hawkfish eating inverts. They are meat-eaters and hunters. I had a Falco hawkfish and did not notice snail/shimp deaths, but I think he was an exception. Do some more research or see what experience others have had. By the way, on the plus side, they are cool fish. Very interactive with the aquarium owner. Cool blue eyes that follow and watch you from inside the tank.

if it's a reef, I would not recommend that angel. I've found it to be one of the more likely to nip corals and clams.
