Fish Disease: Wrasse with a Pop Eye

I have a Pink Margin Wrasse that has developed a pop eye. Is there a way for me to treat it without taking him out? it is nearly impossible to take him out of the tank and put him back in QT.

This is a FOWLR tank with tons of LR.

You can try feeding him some medicated food. Jungle labs makes an anti-bacterial food containing sulfathiazole and nitrofurazone

The best method would be to treat him in a QT with minocycline or kanamycin.
