Fish dying for no reason

Hi everyone I have a 55g tank with a 15g sump. I have used live argonite sand white and black about 40 kilos as substrate. I am not sure how much lbs live rock I have but I feel its enough, 2 wave makers and a kessel 150w blue light.

Currently in my tank I have a yellow tang, one clownfish, lionfish and a domino damsel. All the fish are very small.

Also, I have one bubble tip (back of the tank), one white anemone not sure of its name, a mushroom coral, yellow polyps and glove polyps, 2 sea pens, one elegance coral. All my corals are doing well.

My water parameters are
Salinity 1.022
Calcium: 480
KH - 14
Phospate - 0
Nitrates 20

I am loosing some fish I am not sure why ..First my bannerfish died, then my clownfish :(. Both had similar symptoms..the night before they didnt eat properly and morning dead. The other fish seem healthy eating well etc. I feed them frozen mysis shrimp

When I checked the bannerfish its scales were coming off in my hand, and the clownfish had no signs of disease.

How long did you have them before they died? Did you quarantine? Need more details on the fish's condition, eating, breathing, etc.

Might be a parasite. If another fish dies you might want to cut it open and see if it is one. That can ruin a system, but that is also the worst case scenario.

I had it for a month , first symptom was sluggish movement, than it became lethargic, then reduced appetite. When I picked up the dead fish its scales came on my hand. Is this is a symptom of whitespot? I saw no spots on the fishes body

Update my tank water suddenly became cloudy:/

ok i think i know why water is cloudy..i threw away the dirty cotton and sock filter and I cleaned out a sponge ..and added new clean ones...could that be a reason for cloudiness?
