fish fins showing discoloration/loss of pigment

8. Please describe in detail, the appearance of the fish? If there is one or more pimples, are they lumpy? What color?
examination of the affected areas of the hawkfish appears to show a loss of pigment with the fin appearing smooth and undamaged. The foxface is more difficult to determine the affected area is the large white spot in the middle of the fish (note white spots on the head is not ich it is sugar sand sticking to the fish 100% verified) also note the round spots on the tail which appeared several weeks ago and look to be of a faded nature (camera distorts color) such as a healed scar but smooth and undamaged

9. Please describe the behavior of the fish as best you can. Is it acting reclusive? Is it always up towards the top of the aquarium? Is it avoiding light? How active is the fish?
fish are acting completely normal with healthy appetite

10. Is the fish eating? What?

The Foxface has been in the tank for 2.5 years, hawkfish was added with banded goby/purple firefish/flasher wrasse a moth ago.

There are established fish for 1 year+: 2 percula/3 pajama cardnals/royal grama/engineer goby and a rainbow BTA.
No other fish seem affected
