Fish food additives

Will have a tank up and running here soon, was just wondering what are somethings besides garlic i should add to my frozen food before feeding. And maybe some "tried and true" brand name food additives?

As long as your feeding a wide variety of foods you don't really need to add any additives IME. Also, garlic might entice some fish to eat, but being fed this on a regular basis is not really good for the fish.
