Fish food reccomendations

So far I've stuck with flakes, mixed frozen cubes and seaweed for the tang, but I'm wondering what the best thing to feed my fish is. I'd like to hear some recommendations and whether or not I should be making my own food. Also, when feeding the frozen cubes, I usually feed 1/3 - 1/2 a cube. Is that enough?

75G Stock list:

Yellow Tang
2x False perc clowns
Coral Beauty
Neon Goby

I used to make my own food until I tried Rod's Food. It's very similar to what I made, but I don't have to take the time to make it and there's more "goodies" in it. I also feed Ocean Nutrition Angel Formula (for sponge content), Spectrum pellets, Nori and P.E. Mysis.

Feed your fish over a period of about 15-20 minutes ensuring as little food as possible is hitting the bottom of the tank. I try to feed 5-6 times a day. Make sure your fish are "fat". Your coral beauty and tang would also like the occasional offering of Nori.

i feed frozen mysis, nori, spectrum pellets large and small, and formula 2. i think the biggest thing is to vary there diet and give them different things not just one food.

with a good mix of different fish, variety is important. i feed a variety of frozen food, mysis, flake, homemade fish goo (a mix of things from the fish monger, nori and flake), flake, cyclop, etc. fish are happy and heathy

Just checked out Rod's Food's website. Next time I head to the LFS I'll have to pick some up. Anyone else using Rod's?

Thank you to everyone for the replies.

I feed my Anthias (well, the whole tank really) Rod's Food every afternoon. Everything loves it - everything down to the corals get something from it.

I'm almost out of my initial purchase of Rod's Food, and I'll be picking up more than one pack the next time I get some.

Sorry for the double reply - but another great and easy to get fish food is PE or Hikari Mysis. My daily feeding goes something like this:

7:30ish am - PE Mysis in the morning before I got to work
9 am - Auto feeder freeze dried cyclops
11 am - Auto feeder freeze dried cyclops
1 pm - Auto feeder freeze dried cyclops
3 pm - Auto feeder freeze dried cyclops
5/6ish - Rod's Food when I get home from work

I've yet to see a fish that doesn't like Mysis - but I wouldn't want to feed only that. PE Mysis is a freshwater shrimp, while Hikari Mysis is a saltwater species - so you could feed both and be getting "different" types of food in the mix as well.
