Fish food.

Not a chance! They couldn't fit it in their mouths. It would also be super high in nitrate and phosphate since that's not a concern in a pond. Get some new life spectrum marine fish pellets of an appropriate size for your fish and a variety of frozen goodies like mysis and brine shrimp to feed a couple times a week.

I struggled with fish when I first switched to saltwater. Couldn't figure out why healthy fish would get sick and slowly wither away. All I fed was pellets and nothing else. After debating why a couple friends had so much better luck than me with half the effort I realized it was the food. They both spent the money to feed their fish more variety and high quality frozen food. Now I feed frozen once or twice a week and new life pellets the rest of the time. Now all my fish are thriving fat and happy. And make sure you research before you buy. Cheap frozen food is full of phosphate and not as nutritious. Putting it in your tank is worse than not feeding at all. But a big jar of new life spectrum is less than ten bucks and should easily last a year.

In a pinch, that food would work. You might have to soak it in a cup of water for a few minutes and then break it up into smaller pieces, but like mentioned above, there's better alternatives out there.

Unless your clownfish is full sized, those pellets will be far too large. Not to mention I would not trust it to provide all of the necessary nutrients. Trying to sustain saltwater fish on dried flakes and pellets is generally a bad idea.
