Fish had cloudy eyes ?

Tank is fairly new like 5 months Purples are over year old and Naso is like 5 months never had problems . There is little ich now as well . I did put in 12 small Chromis 2 weeks ago .

From the timeline it sounds like you have a long term ich problem, but the chromis likely brought in something much worse.

Does any fish have a red sore? - this would indicate uronema
Does any fish have peeling skin? - kinda like a sunburn skin flaking off - this would indicate brook
Does the fish skin look less shiny and more soft, dusty, easier to see when looking at an angle under light? - this would indicate velvet.

If none of the above apply, and the fish's fins look like they are eroding, this would indicate flukes - need a freshwater dip to confirm.

What is the fish behavior?

Cloudy eye(s)
Research:
a) Marine Velvet (parasite)
b) Fin Rot and Tail Rot (bacterial)
c) Marine Ich (parasite)
d) Marine Flukes (parasite)
e) Bacterial Infection in marine fish
f) Brooklynella (parasite)

However, Chromis are highly susceptible to Uronema Marinum (and by the way, a group in the vast majority of cases yields one or two long term.
