Fish ID anyone?

I do not have one of these, but have seen them while snorkeling, and would like to know what it is.

I want to say a Least Puffer, but that band on the base of the caudal fin should not be there for a least puffer. I do not have access to my taxonomy keys, but will get back to you later if no one else can ID them. It's been a while since I have done anything with local puffers:lol:

They are very slow swimming and easy to catch. If that helps. lol

I was so interested in them, then happened to stumble upon this pic on a web page, but nowhere did it mention what they were.

Most likely Bandtail puffer Sphoeroides spengleri.
