Fish ID Help Needed

Okay as the title states I need help id'ing these fish...
I know what the ones are with the yellow and black stripes. I need to know what the ones with the spots are can anyone help with the ID on these fish????

sergeant major damsel and I'm not sure about the other one.

They are saltwater I got the Sergent one but can't figure out the poked dotted one. Caught them in the seaweed in Galveston. I thought trout but looked them up and they don't look like them. They almost kind of reminded me with the placement of the dots looked like the Stars & Strips puffer but they are flat not round like a puffer would be.
