Fish ID needed: wrasse, groupger, ...?

Anyone have any idea what this is?
I thought this might be a grouper, the LFS said it was a wrasse. He also said I could get my money back if it wasn't a wrasse.
Sorry about the bad pics, all I have is a phone.
He is between 1-2" and eats very well. Extremely fast fish.

The body has some uniform small blue dots on it.

looks like a yellow pseudochromis to me...

Thanks jpsk8man! It is definitely a yellow pseudochromis. Even has the blue markings like on the pic.

Yes he has a big mouth on him. That is what made me thing grouper.

without a doubt pseudochromis . also, fake plants break down in saltwater.

Ok thanks, I have him in a hex qt and just put that in there so he could have someplace to hide.

they are a very aggressive fish, i've had to remove several from maintenance accounts. otherwise very hardy fish though

Oh boy, I was going to have a wrasse tank... Looks like I need to be careful with this guy.

im not sure of that species but ive seen an arabian eviscerate a 6line
