Fish ID please

I got this fish, some sort of goby, with some LR i bought. I was told the name but forgot what it was in the confusion of getting the rock added. Any help is appreciated.

It has a white spot on its tail surrounded by a black circle. I could not get a full profile pic as it keep turning.

I like little gobies and blennys but that guy I cant keep alive

I got him from another Reefer's tank with about 150 lbs of live rock, that I split with a friend. I just read up on him, it is a herbivore only. So, because I like him, I am running out to a LFS to get his some food just for herbivores.

these are the pellets my mandarin eats. well all my fish (formula 1,2)

How did you get the mandarin to eat them. I have one, but luckily I have a ton of pod in my sump and in my DT. It is like a plague at night when only the moon lights are on.
