looks like it has a cloudy eye. A type of Rabbitfish comes to mind, but don't quote me.

siganus punctatus. he's going to get big, and almost all rabbits tend to have slightly cloudy eyes, so i don't see it as a problem.

Yup I think that's it. He's already over 6 inches and looks completely different when the lights are out. Thanks everyone.
