The closest I can get is some kind of Angelfish (could be totally wrong)

That fish is most likely the very common hybrid between Centropyge eibli and Centropyge vrolikii... I'd need a clearer shot to verify it's not a full eibli though...

These two species together with Centropyge flavissima (the lemonpeel angel) form the flavissima complex of the Centropyge subgenus within Centropyge. When you take color away they are nearly the same fish and probably had a common ancestor only a few hundred thousand years ago... these three species in this complex make up only about 10% of the Centropyge genus, but they are the least "reef safe" from my experience. That's not to say they cannot be kept in reef tanks, but are the most likely to pick at certain corals that often have issues with Centropyge.

Here's a shot of a specimen of this hybrid I had, that unfortunately did not get accepted into my flavissima complex harem... so I shipped it to a friend out West... where he quickly began picking on here lps collection, resulting in his removal again... :D
