Fish ID?

Can anyone ID this fish for me? I got him a few years ago at Pets Warehouse and I can't remember what it is. I'm thinking of converting my FOWLR tank to a reef so I need to know what this one is. It's about 6 to 8" and it moves a lot of sand around. It also hides whenever I come near the tank, so it's hard to get a good pic. Thanks.

I still have this fish and it's bigger and nastier than ever. Can anyone give me some info about the size tank it needs if i move it to its own tank? It's at least 8", probably more. It is a stunning fish but it's terrorizing the other fish in my 215. Tia!
