Took a screenshot from a video I saw and it looks like a reverse royal gramma. It's the little guy near the bottom .Any ideas?

Looks like a talbot damsel to me...!?

Hard to tell its so small, I think it's too blue to be a Talbot.

The blue with the yellow head above it to the left is a Cherub Angel, Yeah it looks kind of like a Talbot Damsel but it's still too blue looking,

Lol ... Let me rephrase that ....it's an exquisite talbot damsel under blue LEDs .
