I got this guy in a LFS and he was mislabel as a pinstripe wrasse, I know for sure this is not a pinstripe, but I have never seen it before, Does anyone knows what it is?

Man...never seen a wrasse like that style other than a cleaner or slender wrasses.

Hologymnosus doliatus ? Thats the best I can think of.
If that is the fish, you may wish to move it from the reef tank to a fish only. They grow 12-18" and are pretty predatory. They will eat small fish, as well as stars and feather dusters. May eat shrimp and crabs. I dont think it would bother coral though.
Search for that name on fishbase.org for some good photos to compare it to. There are a number of different morphs on that page, but some are almost identical to your shots.

Yup, that looks like it. Boy, he is an ugly adult! now I just have to figure out how to catch him,
