Fish in a 90 gallon?

I moved all my fish into the 90 gallon. Was wonder what the limit might be on this tank.

In there now:

2 false perc clowns
1 Japanesse Swallowtail angel
1 hippo tang
3 green reef chromis
1 golden headed sleeper goby
1 rainford goby

Also: will a coral banded shrimp and a cleaner shrimp be ok the 90 together?

That looks like a pretty good fish load to me. The Hippo will eventually outgrow that tank. I wouldn't keep those 2 shrimp together. The coral banded will most likely kill the scarlet cleaner.
