Fish in the kitchen

I left the door cracked on my tank and the lawnmower bleeny got lose. It ended up in the kitchen floor. A good 7 to 8ft away from the tank. No idea how long it was their as I was watching tv at the time. Walked in the kitchen for something and their it was chill by the frige. Maybe it was trying to tell me something? Anyways I pick it up cuase I though it was dead and he was still kicking and flopping around. PLace back in tank and he swam away like nothing happened. Anyone else have an experince like this or only me!

My Candy Hogfish has jumped out 4 times..The last time I have no idea how long he was out..I came in, looked at my tank and didn't see him so of course I check behind the tank , in the basket next to the tank..well he was in front of the tank his gills were still moving so I put him back in...he dropped to the bottom and was being blown around by the powerheads..He was so close to dead but he made it
I have eggcrate on the tank now

Last week I went to view the tank at night. aimed the flashlight int the tank, had a look around and was about to leave when there was this flash in the corner of my eye. Thought to myself that if that was a fish than he may have jumped. So aroud the tank into the back room I go to find my foxface on the floor. So back in he goes and on went some egg crate. Stupid / lucky fish

I haad a snowflake eel make it al the way into the next room some 25ft away. put him back in the tank and he actually seemed that I rescued him from the floor.
