fish is sick!! need some help please

i have 9 fish in my tank 1 kole tang 1 naso 1 yellow tang 3 4 stripe damsel and a maroon clow ans 2 engineer gobies. this morning i wake up and the kole tang is dead stuck to the korallia powe head. now my yellow tang has a big white spot on him and he looks like he is turning white!

i know its a disease or bacterial but can anybody give some info on how to help him?
i have a mixed reef and cannot catch him or trap him. im gonna try and get him just at feeding time but he's not really eating but just a little bit.

any and all help would be appreciated! i know its not ick
