DT is 190g cube 320g total system
Current fish
2 misbar percs
1 cinnamon clown
1 pixi hawk
1 copperband
Waiting for a new larger skimmer to come in should be here in 2 weeks after that i plan on adding more fish. Here is what i have in mind.
1 hippo tang
1 yellow cori wrasse
1 1 spot foxface
3 lyrtail anths
Do you think this will put me at my max? Dont want any larger fish then what is listed. If i can get away with more what you think i can add small fish wise that would at more life to the tank?

I don't like the idea of the hippo tang, I think people underestimate their size, and what are the dimensions of a 190 cube? They can't be that long. I would stay away from the hippo and probably the foxface if it were my tank.

Is this a reef?

Some other suggestions I have would be a:
Pyramid butterflyfish
Prognathodes sp.
Any of the tinkerii comples butterflyfish
Centropyge sp.
Genicanthus sp.
Apolemichthys sp.
Maybe some other wrasses
Hawkfish (if there are no shrimp)
Marine Betta
Fathead anthias

Those are just suggestions, I'm not suggesting all of those.

Figured since i posted in the reef fish forums people would gusse that =P 90% sps system with about 80X turnover right now so looking for some smaller fish's that love alot of current.
tank dimensions are 46LX56WX21H not a perfect cube but close.
I understand about the hippo getting huge up to a foot. I was planning on picking up a small 3" or so hippo so by the time to outgrows this tank i will have a larger tank just the way this hobby is always have to go bigger. Why would you avoid the foxface other then them getting big as well.

Same reason just a big fish.

I thought you wanted larger fish since you picked a hippo and foxface ;) But if you want smaller fish, can't go wrong with wrasses and anthias or small angels and butterflys.

If you like the herbivores why not a kole or flame fin (tomini) or a smaller Zebrasoma variety like a yellow, purple, scopas, or gem tang.

Cardinalfish are always cool too and underrated IMO, a tank with a huge school of cardinals will always be impressive no matter what species. They are small fish that can handle flow. They won't be the most attractive fish in the tank, but that will just make your centerpiece fish stand out more.

In that sized tank, you can realistically have only two clownfish.
The three clownfish have been together since 04 no problems the cinnamon never leaves her nem

Only really want 2-3 larger fish with the rest staying small to add more life to the tank.
I have always wanted a small school of caridnal's but the wife says they are never allowed in the tank she says they are to creepy with there big eyes.

That is when you get a species she doesnt know and call them something else. They will grow on her.

My grandma used to say our bulldog was so ugly she was cute.

Is there a good compatibility chart for wrasses everyone i look at is different. I should also point out might be hard for me with some of the wrasses since i run BB. What wrasses might i be able to get away with without having a sandbed for them to hide in or is just the fact if they dont have somewere to hide they are even more prone to jumping?

Well if you don't have a cover, get one. And secondly, if you don't have a cover don't get wrasses until you do. Wrasses aren't the only fish that can jump though.

But fairies and flasher wrasses (the popular reef safe ones, besides leopards) are fine without a sandbed. Plus they are smaller colorful and have tons of different patterns and fin styles to choose from.
