Fish native to Fiji?

yes.

Amphiprion barberi and Amphiprion pacificus are two new species of clowns to be described in Fiji. I do not know if their range exist outside of fiji, but as of now, they're found there only.

Amphiprion barberi is almost 99% identical in appearance to the tomato clown
Amphiprion pacificus is almost 99% identical in appearance to the orange skunk clown.

do you only want to know about fish endemic and native to Fiji? or just fish that can be found there in general. Because i don't think there are many endemic Fijian fishes.

Try fishbase.org. It is a great website where you can pick a country and it will give you an extensive list of all the fish species found there.
