fish problems

I need some ideas on fish for the new tank that will be small and non jumpers.
On the new tank the top water level is almost even with the top of the outer lid/tank-about 1/8 from the water level to the top of the lid---does everyone follow?
My clown jumped last night but the PJ cardinal is fine and will never jump.
I am looking for ideas for small fish that are non jumpers and wont be spooked by top down view. TIA

pygmy angel.......but I know how many zoos you have so that may be risky.


Fish I've had forever that don't jump - firefish, fairy wrasse, bicolor blenny, clowns............I'm also a little suprised about the first two I listed.
