fish removal

It may be difficult for anyone to believe, but I have a seriously overweight bi-color blenny who decided the other day to feast on my corals. He has eaten a baby torch coral, an acro, and an acan frag before I caught him in the act. I saw him nibbling at all of these corals, but the other day I way him tear some flesh out of of one of my other acans.
Needless to say, I ended up breaking down my entire tank before I could get him out of the tank. He has this way of locking himself up inside of a rock. Well after I broke the big tank down, I tossed him in my 6 gallon greef until I could give him a friend of mine as a non-coral tankmate. Well, he is now refusing to come out of the one beautiful coralcovered rock I have in my 6 gallon tank. I am unsure how to proceed. I dont mind killing the fish if I must, but I need to know how to do the least amount of damage to the corals. I could plug his opening and allow him to starve, pull the rock out for 30 minutes, or I could try to pull him out with some long tweezers. My concern is the effect a dead fish inside my rock will have on my 6 gallon water quality.
A trap is out because of my clown that also lives there.
Anyone have other ideas?
