Fish Spasms

I recently picked up a small yellow coris wrasse. Recently I have noticed he'll have a fit/spasm. My guess is the poor dude has some kind of neurological disorder. I'm not sure what could be done to help this guy. I did not get pics or video of his condition, but I did manage to find a YouTube video of a fish which seems to have an identical condition so you can observe what I'm talking about.

My initial response was going to be flukes or possible signs of aggression, but I don't know what that is lol. Does your wrasse just lay lifeless like that? So weird.

Pretty much, yes. This most recent time he was curled up and floating at the top of the tank, I thought he was dead. I opened the lid to scoop him out, then he started moving slightly. Over the span of a 5 mins he gradually recovered from it and returned normal.

Did you QT him? I personally wouldn't want a fish that had an undiagnosed disorder in any of my tanks.

As to what it has, I have no idea, it really does look like some sort of neurological disorder.

How frequently does your fish do this, and how long does it last? Is he eating?
I don't know that I can help, but this might be useful information to help someone figure it out.
